I am seeking two things; (1.), A Special Young Lady to believe me as well as in me. And (2.), anyone else who might find interest in what happened to me twenty years ago, who possesses knowledge in the fields of; forensics, crime scene investigation/analysis, pathology, Firearms, wound-internal-external ballistics, entomology (Study of Insects), and
blood evidence analysis.
In music, I find tranquility in the (20's, 30's, 40's, 50's Classical, Instrumental, Percussions, Oriental, Polynesian Island Percussions, Mannheim Steamroller, and George Thorogood. Some of my favorite pastimes are aviation, fixedwing and Rotor, Skydiving, Scuba Diving, Philatelic (Stamp Collecting), and miniatures in porcelain, Drag/Sports Car/Off Shore Power Boat Racing, passion and pleasure.
To find that special young lady to believe me as well as believe in me, and to help keep me young enough to continue this
battle, so that I can win this war against the evil that raped me of my life. Twenty years ago, I was falsely accused, arrested, charged, raped and prosecuted, without representation what-so-ever, for a crime (murder) that never occurred, for someone who is not even dead. I was deserted by everyone who ever new me, and have since been left all alone to fight this battle. What makes matters worse, is the fact that I know where that individual is today, and what he has been doing for those who fabricated his death, framed me for it in the process. They know this, but seem not to worry that I will ever succeed in finding anyone who cares enough to investigate, much less believe me or in me, the fact that I am Actually Innocent. How can one be guilty of a crime (murder) if the victim is not dead?
I really am Actually Innocent, and can prove it to any and all who respond, with documented forensic evidence, from the office of those who framed me twenty years ago. This forensic evidence of which I speak, is currently on file with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, CA. I will probably die here for a crime that never occurred, actually innocent, and I will probably be just as deep behind enemy lines, tired, battle weary, out of ammunition, supplies, logistic support, and without friendly communication, as I am now. I have begged and scrounged writing material to write letters to every known State and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies, but they do not care, and every legal innocence center, who say they care, but do not, over a 100 in the past twenty years, without receiving one response showing interest. The difficulty I seem to be having, is that my case rests, not on DNA statistics, but on forensic evidence, which does not lie, as does DNA, which can be manipulated to fit a given situation, where as opposed to forensic evidence, which can not. I know of no one who uses forensic evidence to clear someone who are actually innocent like me, no state or federal agencies do, nor are there any private organizations like there are who use DNA But this has not deterred me. Please join me, all of you who read this?
