I was charged and convicted of Capital Murder, and sentenced to Life w/o parole at 17 years old, for the murder of a caucasian female in November 1999 when I was 14 years old.  The crime happened at a local vido rental store alled "Movie Magic" in Blytheville, Arkansas.  Durring "suppose" routine questioning by the Blytheville Police Department, a couple hours after the incident, in the neighborhood close to "Movie Magic" where I was staying with my father, step mother, 2 baby sisters and older brother.  The officer's questioned a friend of mine, who told the police (after the police asked him who did he hang around with) that we were friends.  He (my friend) was not a suspect and not charged.  So, the officers came to my house requesting to speak to me as well.  My father and I willingly went to the Police Department and were asked questions about our whereabouts that day and if we may of heard of anyone wanting to rob the Rental Store.  We denied any knowledge of the incident and produced a proper alibi of our whereabouts.  The Officer's then asked if we would submit to a gun powder residue test and fingerprint test.  We willingly did and told the officer's we would contact them if we heard anything.  We were then released and went back home.  The test came back from the Arkansas State Crime Lab - Negative, which further proved our alibi and innocents.....
But almost 2 years later, officer's came back to my father's home and told him that they wanted to speak with me and my brother about a "suppose" burglary.  The next day, March 26, 2001, my Father brought me and my brother, both 15 years old, to the B.P.D. to answer the suppose burglary.  We were both separated from our father, and once inside, I was separated from my brother.
After about 1 hour of questioning about this suppose burglary, the officers started questioning about this suppose burglary, the officers questioning me about the Nov. 18, 1999 shooting at Movie Magic.  I told the officers I knew nothing about the incident and wnet on to tell them that I was already asked about it on the same night and also submitted to a gunpowder residue  test and fingerprint test.  The Officers still continued to question me and became angrier and angrier every time I denied involvement.  This went on until late that night.  I was never released back into the custody of my father nor was my father allowed to be present during any of the interrogation.  I was held by the B.P.D. for four days, being continuously questioned day in and day out, until I gave the officers a false confession about the crime and told them that I was there but had nothing to do with the murder - exactly what they told me to say.  I only did this because they (officer's) threatening me and told me that they were going to send me to "Training School" for the "suppose" burglary, if I didn't tell them something  about the November incident, so I lied and made the statement they told me to make.
I was never charged for the "suppose" burglary but ultimately charged for the Mruder.  I was transfered to the County Jail where I remained for 2 1/2 years and finally went to trial in April of 2003 where I was convicted and found guilty by a jury and sentenced to a mandatory Life w/o parole.  The courts critical evidence being the statement I gave to the officer's when I was 15.  In that statement, I used 3 other names that the officer's told me to use of people I knew.  Two of which the ovvicer's also used forced false confessions from.  The third never charged or made a statement.  My two  co-defendents were also 15 years old, and questioned without a parent or lawyer.  Names Juntrell Jackson and Travis Booker.  Jackson recieved a Life w/oparole and Booker received 35 years in a plea bargan to testify against me and Jackson.  Booker and Jackson are both cousins.
